Description

Creamy fettuccini Alfredo meets tender chicken and vibrant broccoli in this comforting dish. A harmonious blend of flavors that'll leave you craving seconds!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound dry fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup fresh chopped broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounce can)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add fettuccini pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente, add the broccoli for the last 4 minutes of cooking, then drain.
  3. Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces, trimming any fat off in the process.
  4. In a large skillet melt butter or margarine over medium heat.

  5. Add chicken and saute until well browned.
  6. Add soup, milk and cheese and stir all together.
  7. Add pasta/broccoli mixture and heat through. Serve hot.
